The promotions of Brian Hutchins to Chief Financial Officer, Katie Grayham to Controller, and Amy Beam to Director of People Operations position Edafio for continued success in a competitive and fast-changing environment.

Brian Hutchins, Chief Financial Officer
As CFO and a member of the executive team, Hutchins will lead financial planning and analysis, accounting, human resources, legal, and facilities. He will drive Edafio’s success to plan, track the execution of and account for business operations. With Hutchins experience, he will ensure Edafio has efficient and proper financial processes and reporting in place and that the company is prepared to execute against its aggressive growth goals
Hutchins joined Edafio in 2018 as Controller, leading the delivery of financial services. Before joining the team, he spent several years in public accounting as an auditor, beginning his career with the Little Rock firm of JPMS Cox, which founded Edafio. Brian is a Certified Public Accountant and brings over 15 years of accounting and finance experience to Edafio.
Katie Grayham, Controller
Katie Grayham joined Edafio in January 2020 as Assistant Controller, bringing 15 years of accounting experience spanning business, operations and strategy roles. She works directly with the CFO to ensure company financial policies and procedures run as efficiently and effectively as possible. In addition to leading the finance and accounting team, she oversees and re-engineers company policies and workflows related to its finances.
Grayham graduated from the University of Arkansas Little Rock with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2016. She was also a 2006 Cum Laude graduate of Arkansas State University with a B.S in Radio/TV.
Amy Beam, Director of People Operations
A 20-year veteran in the IT industry, Amy Beam now leads Recruiting and HR operations for all three Edafio locations in her newly expanded position as Director. Mrs. Beam, who joined Edafio in 2017, will play a significant role in scaling Edafio’s recruiting, onboarding, ongoing training, culture-building, and human resources to support Edafio’s associates as the company continues on its exponential growth path. Beam graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a degree in General Business.
