What is your name, and what do you do for Edafio?
My name is Faith Smith. I am a Project Manager who helps plan, organize and implement Edafio and our client’s targeted technical projects. A Project Manager at Edafio is like the conductor of an orchestra. They don’t play an instrument, but they make sure everyone else is in tune and keeping time. They’re the ones turning the sheet music (or in our case, project plans) and making sure the symphony (project) doesn’t turn into a cacophony (chaos). They’re the maestros making sure our IT solutions hit all the right notes!
Tell us a little bit about yourself.
My abode is a veritable menagerie, teeming with furred friends of the feline and canine variety. I also have a teenage cohabitant, my 15-year-old son, who is as unique and spirited as our domestic zoo. When I’m not tending to my two- and four-legged family, you’ll find me elbow-deep in soil, indulging in my passion for horticulture. I’m a plant whisperer of sorts, coaxing new life from existing flora. If you’ve never experienced the joy of propagating a plant, let me tell you, you’re missing out on nature’s version of a magic trick!
What brought you to Edafio?

What do you like to do most outside of work?
When I am not tending to the zoo mentioned above, I love a good road trip to the beach or a motorcycle race.

Be kind. You never know what someone is dealing with in their personal life.

Do you have a favorite newspaper, newsletter, book, blog and/or podcast?
I do still read the Malvern Daily Record…on paper (gasp I know). I also love a good murder mystery book.
