Billy Le, a Senior Systems Engineer, received the VMware Professional certification, which validates his skills to implement, manage, and troubleshoot a vSphere infrastructure, using best practices to provide a robust, flexible, and secure foundation for business agility that can accelerate the transformation to cloud computing.
Getting and maintaining a VMware certification is vital as a Senior Systems Engineer role because it communicates the individual’s capabilities of performing projects within the VMware infrastructure.
Edafio often receives projects requesting VMware certification because most of Edafio’s client base utilizes VMware’s products in their network infrastructure.

Le, who joined Edafio in 2019, serves as a critical resource and subject matter expert responsible for resolving escalated service issues, providing best-in-class software and technology support, and improving adaptability for clients in today’s rapidly changing environment.
Billy graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and a minor in Mathematics.
