We are thrilled to pay tribute today to Dee Lollie, one of our esteemed Edafio colleagues, and an associate spotlight for July.
The comings and goings of staff are a part of every dynamic organization; therefore, it can be challenging to get to know our coworkers better as people, especially during a time of social distancing. We have to be mindful that our company culture thrives on our exceptional people as much as their exceptional technical skills!
As such, we are finding that our periodic interviews with associates allow us to acknowledge and celebrate the beautiful life stories, amazing professional accomplishments, and even the little quirks that make us uniquely beautiful human beings. What drew you to this profession?
As a little girl, technology intrigued me. When I enrolled in college, I took some computer classes, and the rest is history.
What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time, I like to catch up on my favorite reality or drama TV shows like The Handmaid’s Tale, The Boys, The Umbrella Academy, Stranger Things, Locke & Key, Lego Masters, The Real Housewives of Atlanta and Potomac and play with my fur babies Binky and Laz, and do a little shopping.

When I am creatively stuck, I turn on Pandora and listen to Aether radio station. One of my favs!
What would be impossible for you to give up?
It would be impossible for me to give up white chocolate covered strawberries!
Everyone at Edafio has a story about why they joined the team. What’s yours?
I joined the Edafio team when CARTI outsourced their IT to Edafio. Although the transition was unexpected, since joining Edafio, it is wild just how much I have learned.
I am grateful to be part of a company culture that supports professional development and believes learning should be a lifelong process.
I feel truly blessed to be a part of such a fantastic team!
