Today, we are delighted to introduce our most recent hire, Justin Hicks, Hicks brings 17 years of IT where he helps our clients use their technology and maintain uptime and access to their IT environment. Tell us a little about yourself.

I am a native of Pine Bluff and moved to Little Rock for college where I have resided ever since. I enjoy spending time with my wife and our two nieces and nephews, and one dog. In my spare time, I love reading, listening to podcasts, playing video games and have a great appreciation for instrumental music.  

What does your job entail?

As a member of the NOC (Network Operations Center) Team, my job entails helping our clients better utilize their technology and maintaining their access in an effort to enable their success.   

What brought you to Edafio?

I have always loved and had a fascination for technology. I worked for 17 years at UALR  helping people with disabilities have better access to technology. I came to Edafio to challenge myself into expanding into other areas I could grow in. 

Do you have a personal motto or mantra?

“We got cheese at home.”

What do you like to do most outside of work?

Listening to music while reading comic books

Do you have a favorite newspaper, newsletter, book, blog and/or podcast?

My favorite podcast is “Last Podcast on the Left.”

What skill do you think everyone should learn?

How to cook scrambled eggs properly (low and slow, with butter.)
