What do you like to do most outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my son and family, traveling (pre-Covid), and the typical lady activities such as shopping, pampering, etc. I also enjoy reading and relaxing outside of work when/if I ever get the time.
Recommend a book you recently read.
Little Fires Everywhere…..I am a big book person, so any book is made into a television show or movie, then I have to analyze it from both sides, ha-ha.
What skill do you think everyone should learn?
I think everyone should learn customer service skills. Many of our careers now have become “behind the scenes” where we aren’t usually customer-facing. So I believe that it is important from time to time to switch gears and put faces and experiences with what employees do every day to help rationalize and place even more value on the end goal.
