The comings and goings of staff are a part of every dynamic organization; therefore, it can be challenging to get to know our coworkers better as people, especially in a time of social distancing. We have to be mindful that our company culture thrives on our exceptional people as much as their outstanding technical skills. As such, we are finding that our periodic interviews with associates allow us to acknowledge and celebrate the beautiful life stories, extraordinary professional accomplishments, and even the little quirks that make us uniquely beautiful human beings.

How long have you worked at Edafio, and what does your job entail?
I started at Edafio six months ago. My day-to-day is new and different which is something that I enjoy. In my role as the accountant, I handle accounts payable, cloud billing, billing for the start of the month which includes our flex and core care clients. I also help with miscellaneous items that trickle in, quality check and assist Katie with closing out the month. I enjoy participating in streamlining our current processes to keep up with our rapid growth.
WHAT THREE WORDS BEST DESCRIBE YOU?
Determined, Organized and Focused.
WHAT IS THE ONE THING, YOU CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT?
Skittles!.
Adrianna is goal-driven and has a bright, fun personality! She handles challenges well and doesn’t shy digging in where needed. Exceptional asset to our F & A team!

WHERE’S YOUR FAVORITE PLACE IN THE WORLD?
I enjoy the beach. Some of my favorite spots include Floridan and Cancun but any beach with water, waves and sun satisfies me.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO WHEN YOU AREN’T WORKING?
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my son and family, traveling (pre-Covid), and the typical lady activities such as shopping, pampering, etc. I also enjoy reading and of course relaxing outside of work when/if I ever get the time.

I worked for a small oil and gas company, and I knew it was time to find another company with more stability after Covid hit. I saw Edafio was hiring, and I immediately knew this is where I wanted to work. I felt it was the right place after my interview process.
