Through skills development, supportive employment, and assisted living programs, FCC helps individuals overcome challenges and succeed as active, contributing members of society. About Friendship Community Care:
In 1972, Friendship Community Care was founded in a small rock building on Skyline Drive in Russellville, Arkansas. Friendship was established to create a partnership with families and individuals with intellectual and developmental needs in the community. For many of these families and individuals, this was the first time specialized care was accessible.

Friendship today is still headquartered in the Arkansas River Valley and has continued to grow and expand throughout the state. As the premier statewide specialized care provider, Friendship helps families navigate life with a disability and unique behavioral health needs.
