Meet your presenters:
Angeline (Angel) Button is a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant at Edafio Technology Partners, a trusted advisor of technology solutions in our region. Whether it’s phishing, vishing, smishing, malware, ransomware, or user error, the potential for serious breaches in the security continues to grow and Angeline is passionate about collaboration with a one-team approach whether it is through teaching, investigating, or implementing security solutions to protect businesses and people.
Angeline spent her undergraduate years studying Physics at RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology) and Finger Lakes Community College where she received a science and arts associate degrees with an emphasis in Engineering Science and Physics. Most recently Angeline received the 2018 RH-ISAC Breakthrough Female in Cybersecurity Peer Choice Award.
Angeline enjoys hiking with the family throughout Arkansas, as well as planning local family trips for theatre, ballet, and festivals. She has two children, the oldest is an attorney and the youngest at 13 is an avid fencer. She also has a miniature schnauzer, Professor Snape, that has quite a following on Instagram.
Sam Grubb is a Cyber Security Consultant at Edafio Technology Partners, a trusted advisor of technology solutions in our region, where he focuses on policy, security risk assessments, and security awareness programs. Previously, Sam worked as a contractor for the National Guard teaching Information Assurance courses and a teacher for Jacksonville High School as their Cyber Security Education Specialist. Currently, Sam is helping companies reach CMMC Level 3 compliance. He has a wife and son who live with five cats and one dog. He enjoys reading, writing, comedy, and impractical technical projects.
